if you watched season 4, you would know that Derek & Meredith are doing a project like thingy where terminally ill patients with brain tumors are going for a clinical trial , they inject viruses into the tumor without going under the knife.

there was this couple , young couple , the guy was about to go for surgery , and he said to her
