Danica padded slowly to the warm livingroom,careful not to spill her hot chocolate in her hands.As she snuggled into the couch,she sighed happily as the heat from the fireplace covered her 5’’5 body.The snow outside was falling on the pavement,one by one. Danica slowly sipped her hot drink,enjoying the chocolatey sensation that flooded her mouth.
Her feet was under the blankets as she snuggled closer to the end of the couch.Mhhm,life was good at this point.A hot drink,a fantastic working fireplace and the reassurance she gets,what else could she ask for?
“Nic?” Byron suddenly said,breaking the silence.That’s her fiancée,sitting at the other end of the long leather couch.He is about 5”7,not your average tall bold guy.However,he makes Danica safe when he wraps his arms around,giving her reassurance that she will be safe as long as she is in his arms.He has a great sense of humor which are one of the reasons why Danica is in love with him.
“Mhmm?” She looked up,a chocolate mustache forming around her mouth. He chuckled and asked “Can I have some?” Danica cringed at his request.It was HER chocolate on the bloody cold day.But marriage is all about sharing and caring.She ought to practice it now,she thinks.
Reluctantly,she handed over the come,ready to part with the warmth she felt in her hands.But instead of grabbing the cup and drinking back the contents,he scooted so nearer to her,so near that she could feel his breathe on her skin.She looked into his eyes,confused.Danica clasped the mug tighter and as she was about to give it to him,Byron pressed against her,his lips crushing unto hers,their tongues playing a game.He broke away,licking his lips. He said nonchalantly,
“The chocolate’s good.Can I have a cup?”
